Darragh is seeking a Warehouse Operations professional in Little Rock, AR to manage daily shipping and receiving, supervise the team, and ensure precise inventory control. The role involves coordinating with vendors and internal teams to keep processes efficient and safe.

You will oversee inbound/outbound shipments, use a wireless WMS, and enforce OSHA-compliant safety practices while maintaining a clean, organized warehouse. Experience in fast-paced environments is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years related experience.
• Experience overseeing the accurate shipping and receiving process in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Thorough understanding of warehouse safety regulations, OSHA standards, and warehouse equipment.
• Detail oriented with ability to analyze operations and improve order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Follows procedures for outbound and inbound shipments, transfers, and inventory disposition; pull and stage merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse; supervise good housekeeping policies.
• Directs RGA process for shortages, overages, damaged merchandise from vendor orders and transfers.
• Proficient in using wireless warehouse management systems to maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Enforces safety rules, conducts safety meetings, and forklift inspections and reports.
• Collaborates with warehouse, purchasing, and other managers to optimize processes.

Summary

Manage the daily shipping and receiving operations of the warehouse, including freight, shipping and receiving, and maintaining high levels of accuracy in day-to-day operations. Assist Warehouse Manager with daily distribution and logistics tasks as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Follows operational procedures for verification of outbound and inbound vendor shipments and transfers, handling, and disposition of merchandise including pulling and staging, and keeping of warehouse inventory.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse by supervising and implementing good housekeeping policies for warehouse employees.
• Directs RGA process to vendors of shortages, overages, damaged and distressed merchandise from receiving vendor purchase orders and transfers.
• Proficient in utilizing wireless warehouse management systems to maintain inventory accuracy through physical counts and bin audits, accurately identifying and reporting inventory discrepancies.
• Responsible for following and enforcing all safety rules and regulations including safety meetings and reporting, forklift inspections and reports.
• Collaborates with warehouse, purchasing, and other managers to optimize processes.

• Thorough understanding of warehouse safety regulations, OSHA standards, various warehouse equipment, and safe material handling practices.
• Detail oriented mindset with the ability to analyze operational challenges, identify process improvements, and ensure accurate, timely, and complete order fulfillment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform other physical tasks for extended periods of time, including safely lift and move up to 50 pounds without assistance.
