Dahlquist Machine by Fathom in Ham Lake, MN is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Lead to manage the finished goods warehouse, ensure accurate job closure, inventory control, packaging, labeling and shipping of customer orders.

This role covers staging and coordination of outside processing shipments, ERP data accuracy, and documentation to ensure the right parts reach customers on time, with strong attention to detail and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Prior experience in warehouse, shipping, or inventory management within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Syteline experience a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely operate material handling equipment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Verify finished job quantities and close jobs in ERP.
• Perform finished goods cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain organized warehouse layout and drive storage improvements.
• Package, label, and prepare finished goods for storage or shipment.
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule and track shipments (UPS WorldShip).
• Process ERP transactions to ensure real-time visibility of finished goods.
