Westfall Technik in Elizabethtown, KY is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk Lead to coordinate and manage all shipping, receiving, and transfer activities. You will handle carrier bookings, schedule counts, and ensure paperwork is complete, with a focus on accuracy and on-time delivery.

You will work with production to meet needs, conduct cycle counts, perform material inspections, and backfill for warehouse roles as needed, requiring a high school diploma and 2+ years shipping/receiving

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years experience in shipping and receiving in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to problem solve and perform data entry.
• Experience with Word, Excel, logistics portals, ERP/MRP software; IQMS a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage all shipping, receiving, and transfer activities including carrier bookings and scheduling.
• Arrange domestic and international freight and prepare all necessary paperwork; communicate with customs brokers, vendors, customers, and drivers.
• Ensure finished products are shipped to customers on demand, avoiding delays and missed shipments.
• Take samples of raw materials where applicable prior to unloading bulk material into the facility.
• Perform inspection of items as specified; schedule and ensure warehouse cycle counts per company objectives.
