Job summary

Ursa Major is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Handler to efficiently bring hardware into and out of our ERP system. You will verify shipments, record movements, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate deliveries and inventory control.

The role requires organization, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or GED are required; training on our software will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Receive and sign for deliveries.
• Verify received hardware, packing lists, and purchase orders match.
• Record inbound/outbound shipments in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and route deliveries to recipients.
• Scan and file receiving paperwork.
• Schedule shipments and pickups.
• Track inventory of shipping materials and submit purchase requests.
• Support Inventory Specialists with daily tasks as needed.
• Assist teams on projects and process improvements.
• Maintain a clean, organized shipping and receiving workspace.

We are seeking a motivated Shipping & Receiving Handler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an enthusiastic approach to Shipping and Receiving. You must be willing to match our fast-paced cadence and thrive with rapid change.

As a Shipping & Receiving Handler you are aiming to efficiently bring hardware into and out of the ERP. You will support basic ERP transactions, elevate any identified nonconformance and ensure we are getting the best value possible on our freight shipments.

The right person for this role will be passionate about communicating with, supporting, and serving others. They must enjoy working with various teams to continuously improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive and sign for deliveries.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shipping and receiving workspace.

Colorado law requires us to tell you the base compensation range of this role, which is $19.00 - $24.00 per hour, determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. What we can’t quantify for you are the exciting challenges, supportive team, and amazing culture we enjoy.
