Ursa Major in Colorado is seeking a Staff Fluid System Manufacturing Engineer to lead development and manufacturing of next‑gen aerospace defense products. You will drive process development, DFx, and hand‑on fabrication, assembly, and test in a high‑reliability environment.
This on‑site role in Berthoud requires 8+ years in mechanical/industrial/aerospace fluid/electro‑mechanical systems, MES/ERP familiarity, and strong process documentation, tool design, and continuous improvement experience.

The Staff Fluid System Manufacturing Engineer will join the Operations Team, leading development and manufacturing efforts on next‑generation products and systems in aerospace and defense. The ideal candidate will be passionate about process improvement, scalability, and influencing product development. Hands-on experience in manufacturing environments, including technical expertise in fabrication, assembly, integration, and test of complex products is required.
This is an on-site position located out of our Berthoud, Colorado facility.
Colorado law requires us to tell you the base compensation range of this role, which is $124,000 - $155,000, determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. What we can't quantify for you are the exciting challenges, supportive team, and amazing culture we enjoy.
