Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a warehouse associate for 4x10 shifts at our Texas facility. You will lift, move, and stage goods using a forklift and pallet jack, scan items, and ensure accurate counts with RF equipment. The role requires reading pallet IDs, following safety rules, and maintaining inventory integrity.

Base pay starts at $20 per hour. The position includes a fast-paced, cold-storage environment with full-time hours and weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to operate a forklift in a warehouse setting.
• Experience reading and interpreting pallet IDs and barcodes.
• Familiarity with RF scanning equipment for inventory accuracy.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow work orders to pick and ship products.
• Locate items in the warehouse and update inventory records.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack to move pallets and loads.
• Inspect products for damage and report issues to supervisors.
• Pack, seal, and label shipments using RF scanning equipment.
• Maintain clean and organized work area at shift end.

Monday-Friday 6a-2pMonday-Tuesday-Friday-Saturday 6am-4pm (4x10) (off-days- Wed-Thur-Sun)Base Pay $20Freezer WarehouseStand-up Forklift Experience requiredUse forklift and pallet jack to move products on and off trucks while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. Verify inventory and visually inspect shipments for quality.KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESRead and follow computerized work orders to determine quantities and types of products to be shippedDetermine the location of requested items in the warehouseChange over pallets for picking, visually inspect items for damages or flawsDocument and report damages to supervisors or leadsPack, seal, and label materials/pallets for shipping using Radio Frequency (RF) scanning equipment to document and verify counts of picked itemsAlert appropriate leader of any issues with the product or materials and await directions to rectify the problemHelp clean and organize the warehouse at the end of the shiftADDITIONAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESWork with other machinery and material handling equipmentMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)Must be able to identify products through reading, interpreting, and scanning pallet identification numbersAbility to understand instructions in Country's official language or as defined by Lineage LogisticsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gearMust be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.; weight may be more dependent upon facilityAbility to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if neededMust be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loudWhy Lineage?This is an excellent position to begin your career path within Lineage!
