Cibes|Symmetry is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate in Roanoke, IL. This full-time role focuses on efficient movement of materials, inventory organization, and accurate shipment preparation at our Roanoke facility.

Ideal candidates have shipping/receiving experience, strong organizational skills, and a customer-service mindset. Must pass drug screen and background check; benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k) match, PTO, and life/disability coverage.

Responsibilities

• Moving freight and materials between storage, production areas, and loading docks.
• Using forklifts and lifting equipment to load/unload and position items safely.
• Preparing, packaging, labeling, and affixing postage to shipments via UPS or FedEx.
• Verifying inbound and outbound materials and maintaining shipping documentation.
• Weighing products and recording data accurately.
• Assisting the Logistics Manager with paperwork and inventory inquiries.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area

Salary Range: $20.75 To $24.00 Hourly

Pay:$20.75 -$24 (depending on experience)
Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday | First shift
Education: High School Diploma or GED required

What You'll Do:
