Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to certify and record incoming and outgoing items. The role ensures accurate bills of lading, coordinates with Warehouse Lead, and maintains ship/recieve paperwork and inventory records.

The position requires driving attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team

Responsibilities

• Check bills of lading for accuracy
• Coordinate shipping and/or receiving with Warehouse Lead
• Fill in shipping/receiving tally documents and paperwork
• Schedule shipping/receiving appointments and update records
• Process inbound/outbound orders as trucks arrive/depart
• Maintain timely inventory records and customer work orders
