McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our Orlando warehouse team. You will send, inspect and record outgoing products and work with the distribution center to load packages and verify contents match orders.

Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, 4+ years in shipping and 2+ years in distribution, with strong math and documentation skills. Experience shipping outside the US is a plus; English reading/writing proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years’ experience in a shipping department.
• 2+ years’ experience in a distribution environment.
• Experience shipping outside the US contiguous border is preferred.
• Strong math and documentation abilities.
• Must read/write English at a level sufficient for job tasks and safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Sends shipments and creates paperwork for outgoing deliveries.
• Inspects shipments to ensure no damages.
• May send shipments outside the US contiguous border.
• Investigates problems and resolves discrepancies.
• Labels shipments prior to loading.
• Trains new teammates in shipping department.
• Other duties may be assigned.
