Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Shift: 1st, (7am-3:30pm)

Pay: $19.50-$21/hr (Based on Experience)

A growing manufacturing facility is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to handle packaging, shipment preparation, and receiving of materials. This role plays a key part in ensuring quality and customer delivery standards are met.

Job Description:

• Package orders to meet various shipping requirements.
• Unload and inspect incoming materials, match against documentation.
• Verify shipment accuracy (quantity, quality, PO match).
• Operate sit-down forklifts and banding equipment.
• Prepare and label crates, boxes, and packages.
• Update computer systems with shipping and receiving data.
• Coordinate outbound shipments using FedEx and UPS systems.
• Communicate shipping details to front office staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Assist with recycling and other warehouse tasks.
