Job description

Shipping/Receiving Coordinator - 1st shift

Summary:
A manufacturer in the Muskego area is looking for a Shipping/Receiving Coordinator to join their team! The ideal candidate will have 2 years of previous shipping/receiving and logistics experience.


• Full Time Monday-Friday
• 6:00am-2:30pm + overtime
• Starting at $19.32/hr

Responsibilities:

• Complete receiving transactions for all UPS, less than truckload freight shipping (LTL) companies, RMAs, etc. and maintains processes for receiving and shipping.

• Maintains inventory accuracy by correctly entering transactions and cycle counting.

• Engages in Root Cause Corrective Action analysis when inventory errors are found.

• Assist in coordinating and scheduling shipments/truck schedules for the North American market

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior experience in a shipping receiving role
• Experience operating forklifts
• Ability to read prints and understand measuring equipment such as tape measures, scales, and their decimals/fractions.
