Job Responsibilities

1. Manage the flow of materials to customers, overseeing 'pick tickets' before and after deliveries.
2. Develop master schedules to establish delivery sequences and lead times based on sales forecasts or customer orders.
3. Coordinate with sales staff to confirm project statuses.
4. Prepare and maintain shipping/receiving documentation.
5. Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipment deliveries.
6. Ensure timeliness of incoming and outgoing supplies and materials.

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent education and experience.
