Job summary

Indotronix is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for our Tonganoxie, KS location. You will manage shipping/receiving paperwork for inbound and outbound shipments and support post goods issues to update inventory.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 6 months in warehouse operations, basic inventory understanding, and the ability to operate pallet jacks and forklifts. Weekend/overtime work may be required.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of inventory management and shipping/receiving procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with documentation and inventory systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage all shipping and receiving paperwork for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping.
• Perform post goods issues for inbound materials, updating inventory records to reflect accurate stock levels.
• Maintain organized records for all shipments to support compliance and tracking.
• Perform core Warehouse Operator duties as needed, including loading and unloading materials and products.
• Label shipments accurately by applying PCS stickers, following labeling requirements.
• Assist with sampling activities as part of quality control and inventory management processes.
• Update and maintain accurate inventory records by documenting shipments and stock changes.
• Support the warehouse team in identifying discrepancies in inventory levels and coordinating with relevant personnel to resolve issues.
• Must be able to work weekends, overtime, and holidays as production demand requires including call-ins
