Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC in Las Vegas is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to support shipping and receiving procedures while delivering excellent customer service. You will plan and execute steps in our WMS, generate shipment documents, and provide accurate verbal and written communications to customers and process partners.

We offer a temperature controlled facility with a Monday-Friday schedule, 7:00AM-3:30PM, and a base pay of $22.50/hour.

Qualifications

• 1 year of administrative experience preferred
• Ability to read/write/speak English
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn in-house systems
• MS Office proficiency

Responsibilities

• Assist with all shipping and receiving procedures ensuring accuracy and KPI commitments
• Communicate effectively with team, drivers, and partners via radio, phone, and email
• Dispatch and check in trailers, manage yard and dock locations
• Troubleshoot system or equipment issues
• Support daily/weekly operational reports
• Maintain professionalism with management and coworkers
