Job summary

Penske Logistics in Las Vegas is hiring a Warehouse-Inventory Clerk to assist with shipping/receiving, inventory control, and customer service duties. You will use WMS systems to generate shipment and inventory documents and communicate with customers and partners.

Shift Mon-Fri, 7:00AM - 3:30PM, base pay $23/hour in a temperature-controlled facility. Benefits include PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401K, boot allowance, and referral program.

Qualifications

• At least one year of inventory control experience.
• At least one year of shipping/receiving office/clerk experience
• At least one year of customer service representative experience
• Willingness to work varied schedule including weekends and early morning/late afternoon shifts
• Background check and drug screening required
• Experience with WMS and scanners preferred (Blue Yonder/JDA is a plus)
• Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency

Responsibilities

• Control the flow of work to meet receiving and shipping deadlines.
• Communicate with team, customers, truck drivers via radio, phone, and email.
• Audit inbound receipts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Update WMS and perform inventory adjustments.
• Dispatch and check in trailers; manage yard and dock locations
