Job summary

GEODIS is a global 3PL hiring for a warehouse role in McDonough, GA. You will ship orders using a semi‑automatic shipping machine, wrap and label materials, stamp addresses, forward packages, and keep stock records.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 6 months to 1 year of related experience, the ability to follow written or oral instructions, read and interpret safety rules and manuals, and write routine reports.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year related experience or training.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Ships individual product orders using a semi-automatic shipping machine.
• Wraps, ties, or places material in envelopes, boxes, or other containers.
• Stamps, types, or writes addresses on packaged materials.
• Forwards packages by mail, messenger, or through message center.
• Keeps records of sent materials, requisitions and stores materials to maintain stock.
