Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our North Little Rock distribution center. This role supports a safe, efficient warehouse operation, handling office tasks, inventory control, and data entry in WMS systems.

The position offers Monday to Thursday 5:00am–3:30pm with a base rate of $21.00 per hour. Benefits include PTO, medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 401K, and associate discounts to support a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of general office experience required.
• 2+ years of warehouse clerk experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
• AS400 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle office and administrative duties including accounts payable/receivable and collections.
• Audit logs and trip reports; maintain files and customer service interactions.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate with drivers, customers, and leadership.
• Daily use of Outlook, Excel, and WMS (Blue Yonder) for data entry and verification.
• Audit inbound receipts and ensure inventory accuracy; update WMS accordingly.
