Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC is seeking a lead warehouse associate in North Little Rock, AR. The role entails supervising shift tasks, onboarding, and coordinating with operations supervisors to meet productivity targets.

Responsibilities include staging products, loading/unloading trailers, and ensuring safety and quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site position with a 4:00pm–2:30am schedule and a $22 base rate plus $1 shift differential.

Qualifications

• 4 years of warehouse experience (minimum).
• Lead warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Strong computer skills with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Train new hires on shift processes and safety procedures.
• Stage and sort products for loading to meet schedules.
• Load and unload trailers and move materials within the warehouse.
• Provide process visibility to Operations Supervisors and track progress.
• Lead safety efforts and ensure a clean, orderly work area.
• Read work orders and quality-check incoming/outgoing items.
