Summary: The position's primary responsibilities will be to receive, ship, deliver supplies, materials and equipment as well as maintaining inventory control and records.
Primary Tasks:
Typical Duties: Receive and unload freight both manually or with equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks; check for damaged goods; verify quantity and quality of orders; verify items received with purchase orders; wrap, package, and ship supplies; deliver and retrieve supplies to and from work or storage areas; tag and issue supplies; stock shelves and rotate inventory; may receive, store, assemble, and move furniture; may maintain equipment and vehicles.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred experience includes handling, storing, and shipping materials or supplies; operating material handling equipment; accessing information on a computer; reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness. Must be able to drive a delivery vehicle.
Willingness to be trained on the operation of power and/or hand tools, forklifts, and other packing equipment.
Required to have a valid Driver's License.
