Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Forklift certification and safe operation required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage outbound schedules.
• Work with carrier dispatch via email/phone.
• Check in/out drivers at dock office.
• Verify POs for pick up and delivery.
• Direct drivers to delivery/pickup areas.
• Prepare and file BOL paperwork.
• Set up temperature recorders as needed.
• Scan and upload orders for invoicing.
