Job summary

Valence is seeking a warehouse associate in Massachusetts to receive, unload, and verify incoming materials, and to process returns from customers. The role includes logging inventory, inspecting shipments for damages, and operating a forklift for loading/unloading.

Candidates should be able to work independently or in a team, and must be proficient with Microsoft Office. The position offers a split shift from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, with benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• DOT certification required.
• Forklift operation required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming materials; verify against PO.
• Process returns shipments from customers.
• Log inventory shipments and inspections for damages.
• Operate dolly, pallet jack, and forklift for loading/unloading.
• Follow safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Help other departments as needed.
