Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk in West Bend, WI. The role handles loading/unloading shipments, verifies items, and prepares packing documentation on a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00am to 3:00pm.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must read/write, add and subtract whole numbers, and perform basic math with fractions and decimals.
• 6 months shipping/receiving experience (manufacturing preferred).
• Basic computer skills required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, load and unload incoming receipts and outgoing shipments using material handling equipment.
• Ensure incoming and outgoing materials are properly identified and accounted for.
• Create packing lists and other shipment documents (e.g., Bill of Landing).
• Input, verify, and process incoming receipts and outgoing shipments in the ERP system.
• Receive and distribute all incoming materials and packages, optimizing space while maintaining safety and quality.
• Safely operate a variety of material handling equipment and complete daily forklift checklist.
• Cross-train and back up coworkers as required.
