Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to verify, load, unload, and move materials within the facility. You will process all paperwork and utilize the ERP system to input transactions.

Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm, with responsibilities including operating material handling equipment and ensuring accurate inventory. Candidates should have forklift certification and basic math skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, add, subtract, and use fractions and decimals.
• 6 months of shipping/receiving experience preferred, manufacturing setting.
• Forklift certification required.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, load and unload shipments using material handling equipment.
• Ensure shipments are identified and accounted for.
• Create shipment paperwork (Bills of Lading, packing lists).
• Enter and verify receipts and shipments in ERP system.
• Receive and distribute materials, optimize space while maintaining safety and quality.
• Operate forklift and complete daily equipment checklists.
• Cross-train and back up coworkers as needed.
