Job summary

Milwaukee Tool in Wisconsin is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to verify, load, and unload incoming and outgoing shipments. This role records materials in the ERP system and coordinates with production to ensure accurate stock and timely deliveries.

Responsibilities include preparing packing lists, operating forklift, and maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to read/write and perform basic math.
• Experience with ERP data entry and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, load and unload incoming receipts and outgoing shipments.
• Verify materials are properly identified and accounted for.
• Create and process packing lists, Bills of Lading, and shipment documents.
• Input and verify shipments in the ERP system.
• Operate forklift and maintain safety/compliance with daily checks.

Job Description: The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for verifying, loading and unloading, both incoming and outgoing shipments.Additionally, the Shipping and Receiving Clerk moves, stores, and distributes materials throughout the facility, and processes all paperwork associated with these shipments within and outside of the ERP system.The schedule for this role is Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm .This job description lists major areas of responsibility and additional job activities may be added at any time.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrepare, load and unload incoming receipts and outgoing shipments utilizing various material handling equipmentEnsure incoming and outgoing materials are properly identified and accounted forCreate associated paperwork (ie: Bill of Landing, packing lists and other shipment documents)Accurately input, verify, and process incoming receipts and outgoing shipments in the ERP systemReceive and distribute all incoming materials and packages, consolidating SKUs to best utilize space without jeopardizing safety and qualitySafely operate a variety of material handling equipment.
