Intertek Caleb Brett is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk for our Deer Park, TX laboratory facility. This on-site role involves managing shipments and receipts, documenting records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

The position operates on a 6 pm–6 am CDT schedule (4 On 4 Off) and offers a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), and PTO. High School diploma or GED required and lifting up to 50 pounds may be necessary.

• Ships and receives materials for the company and its clients and maintains associated records.
• Receives, examines, and records inbound items defined as samples according to the login process.
• Receives, examines, and records all quality critical materials and supplies in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Prepares and packages items for shipping, arranges for the method of shipment in conformance with IATA and other company policies and procedures, and maintains associated paperwork.
• Maintains the supplies necessary to accomplish the above responsibility.
• Maintains assigned area, files, supplies, and equipment in a clean and orderly manner.

The Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for managing the shipment and receipt of materials, and samples from our valued customers, and maintaining applicable records in a timely manner.

What You’ll Do

• Shipping and Receiving Clerk ships and receives materials for the company and its clients and maintains associated records
• Receives, examines, and records all inbound items defined as samples according to the login process
• Receives, examines, and records all quality critical materials and supplies in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
