Job summary

Parker Hannifin's Parflex Division in Manitowoc, WI, is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate to ship/receive materials for all plant value streams. Hours Monday-Friday 8am-4pm with occasional overtime; starting pay is $18.05/hr.

You will handle shipping docs, inventory, and coordinate with maintenance and process engineering to ensure accurate receipts and deliveries. The role requires forklift operation, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 45 pounds, plus strict adherence to

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Basic computer skills; MS Word, Excel, and emailing."
Forklift operation and safety compliance.
Good judgment and decision-making.
Strong math, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
Ability to use measuring equipment.
Self-motivated with high accuracy and independence.

Responsibilities

Handling and processing of materials into and out of all areas.
Operate equipment in the Shipping/Receiving area.
Identify destinations of materials and proper shipping containers.
Interface with other departments to ensure receipt and delivery of raw materials.
Participate in department and area team activities and projects.
Prepare shipping documents (B.O.L., Shipping Manifest, Export Paperwork).
Accurately invoice shipments and process receipts daily.
Assist Maintenance as needed for tooling cleaning, measurement and delivery.
