Job summary

Parker Hannifin’s Parflex Division is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate in Manitowoc, WI. You will accurately ship and receive product for all plant value streams and assist with cleaning, measurement, and delivery of tooling as needed. Hours are Monday–Friday 8am–4pm, with occasional overtime after training.

Starting pay is $18.05 per hour and the role requires basic computer skills, forklift operation, and strong attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory and timely shipments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, and email.
• Experience operating a forklift and following safety guidelines.
• Good judgement and decision-making abilities.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills with clear communication.
• Physical ability to move average to heavy materials and lift up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to use measuring equipment.
• Self-motivated with accuracy and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Handle and process materials into and out of all areas.
• Operate equipment in the Shipping/Receiving area.
• Identify shipment destinations and proper containers.
• Interface with other departments for receipt and delivery of materials.
• Document and continually improve processes to meet objectives.
• Participate in department and area team activities.
• Prepare shipping documents and export paperwork as needed.
• Accurately invoice shipments and process receipts daily.
• Back up Maintenance for tooling cleaning, measurement and delivery.
• Perform plant cycle counting per inventory control.
• Other duties as assigned.
