Job summary

Twin City Dealerships is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for incoming inventory and the last point of contact for customer orders. You will assist in unloading freight, processing orders, and ensuring customers receive accurate orders and a positive experience.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work well with customers, vendors, and team members.
