Job summary

Talentify in Linden, NJ is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for a 4-month assignment, Monday–Friday 8:30 am–5 pm. Responsibilities include receiving, picking, packing and shipping for the regional client supply fulfillment center, with forklift/pallet jack operation and safety practices.

You will unload trucks, verify receipts, prepare outbound shipments, manage inventory, and support cycle counts. English literacy and teamwork are required; a completion bonus is offered after 90 days.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a computer and basic warehouse software.
• English reading/writing proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and receive, inspect, verify, and route materials.
• Prepare shipments with documentation for outbound orders.
• Perform inventory activities and assist in cycle counts and audits.
