Ontic, a leading aerospace supplier, is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk at its Creedmoor, NC site to support daily warehouse operations with a primary focus on receiving and occasional shipping.

You will report to the Warehouse Manager and work onsite. Qualifications include 2+ years in shipping/receiving in manufacturing, ERP experience (Epicor), MS Office proficiency, and strong inventory discipline; lifting up to 75 lbs and a 9/80 schedule. Benefits included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years shipping/receiving experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Proficiency with ERP systems and data entry.
• Strong inventory management knowledge and accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work overtime and some weekends.
• Ability to lift 20–40 lbs regularly; up to 75 lbs occasionally.
• Proficient in cycle counts and inventory accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Support daily shipping and receiving with focus on receiving.
• Process receipts in Epicor ERP; match PO quantities.
• Review CoCs and receiving documentation for accuracy.
• Verify incoming vendor orders against PO docs.
• Identify and escalate receiving discrepancies.
• Prepare and ship outbound shipments via UPS, FedEx, DHL.
• Ensure packaging, labeling, and documentation are correct.
• Manage inventory transactions and transfers in ERP.
• Maintain accurate inventory, shipping, receiving records.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Supply Chain, QA to resolve issues.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as directed.
• Follow safety, quality, and compliance procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
