Penske Logistics LLC is seeking shipping and receiving clerks to join a safety‑conscious team in a fast‑paced warehouse in Manteca, CA. You will handle inbound and outbound shipments, verify paperwork for all shipments, and check drivers in and out throughout the day.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2 years of shipping/receiving office experience, and strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). 3rd shift Fri-Sun, $21/hr + $2 shift diff.

Qualifications

• 2 years of shipping and receiving office experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
• Blue Yonder/JDA experience preferred.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Willingness to travel as necessary and pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Supply reordering
• Researching store claims
• Processing Inbound and Outbound shipments in the warehouse
• Control the flow of work to meet departure and receiving times
• Resolve discrepancies
• Interact with warehouse associates and troubleshoot issues
• Assist with daily and weekly reports
• Jointly work with Supervisors and Management to meet warehouse metrics
• Prioritize workload and have flexibility to adjust based on position requirements
• Other projects and tasks assigned by Supervisor
