Job summary

United Talent is immediately hiring Warehouse Clerk Associates in Hiram, GA to support daily shipping, receiving, and data entry processes. The role requires 1–2 years of warehouse experience, BOL creation, forklift and cherry picker operation, and proficiency with Excel and RF scanners.

Pay starts at $18.25/hour, with Monday–Friday shifts and overtime as needed. Reliable communication with customers and shipping partners is essential, as is accurate record-keeping and adherence to safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience required.
• Previous experience creating Bills of Lading (BOLs) required.
• Forklift/Cherry Picker operation experience required.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel.
• RF scanner experience required.
• At least 1 year of warehouse supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• High-volume data entry accuracy required.
• Attention to detail when preparing shipping and receiving documents.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, supervisors, and shipping companies.
• Drug testing required.

Responsibilities

• Create and prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs), shipping labels, order receipts, and other shipping documentation.
• Coordinate daily customer deliveries while providing excellent customer service.
• Resolve customer questions and issues related to tracking, invoicing, shipping, and order status.
• Box and prepare goods for shipment, address packages, and communicate with shipping companies as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of goods shipped and received.
• Prepare regular shipping and receiving reports for supervisors.
• Schedule large shipments and coordinate logistics to ensure adequate storage space and personnel are available for incoming shipments.
• Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.
• Troubleshoot shipping and receiving issues when necessary.
• Operate an RF scanner to track and process inventory.
• Safely operate a Cherry Picker/forklift to retrieve and move materials as needed.
• Maintain the company stockroom by regularly cleaning, organizing, and labeling items in storage.

• Pay starts at $18.25/hour, based on experience.
• Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Additional shifts available.
• Overtime as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience creating Bills of Lading (BOLs is required).
• Previous forklift/Cherry Picker operation experience required.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel.
