Penske Logistics is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk in Alburtis, PA. The role focuses on warehouse duties, data entry, and coordination with truck drivers. Great for safety‑conscious individuals with a positive, can‑do attitude.

Base pay is $18 per hour plus a $1 shift differential, totaling $19.00/hour. Schedule includes Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:30 AM, with overtime as needed. Benefits include PTO, medical, dental, vision, and 401K.

Qualifications

• No prior warehouse experience required but preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required
• Ability to work independently, customer service, dealing with others, multi-tasking, organizational skills, flexible, and time management skills required

Responsabilités

• Accurately match numbers & letters.
• Processing inbound and outbound shipments in the warehouse.
• Data entry and running reports.
• Interact with truck drivers and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with daily and weekly reports.
• Accurately stage and sort products for loading.
• Loads and unloads trailers.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Sorts and places parts in racks or designated areas.
• Stacks cardboard boxes and pallets.
• Move materials within the warehouse.
• Complies with all safety requirements.
• Electronically scan products using a warehouse management system.
• Quality control.

• Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location required
• Complete a Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
