Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC is seeking warehouse dock associates in Lithia Springs, GA. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday with a 4:00 PM to 1:30 AM shift. Compensation starts at $20 per hour (base $19.00 plus $1.00 shift differential) with a full benefits package including time off and insurance options.

Qualifications

• No prior warehouse experience required but preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required.
• Ability to multitask, manage time well and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety requirements.
• Stage and sort products for loading.
• Load and unload trailers safely.
• Open and close dock doors.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Sort and place parts in racks or designated areas.
• Stack cardboard boxes and pallets.
• Move materials within the warehouse.
• May operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts as needed.
• Scan freights/parts.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
