Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years experience in shipping/receiving, warehousing, or related fields preferred.
• Strong data entry abilities; familiarity with Excel and Outlook.
• Working knowledge of shipping procedures, inventory practices, and warehouse operations.
• Experience with warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Shipping & Logistics
• Prepare, package, and process outgoing shipments
• Ensure all items are labeled correctly and compliant with company and carrier requirements
• Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to support timely deliveries
• Documentation & Data Entry
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipping records (packing lists, bills of lading, delivery receipts)
• Enter data into warehouse management and tracking systems
• Use Excel and Outlook daily for logs, communication, and scheduling tasks
• Cross-Team Coordination
• Work closely with Operations, carriers, and internal departments to resolve shipping issues
• Communicate shipment status, delays, or documentation needs
• Assist with scheduling pickups and managing shipping timelines
