About the role

Engage2Excel Group is actively looking for a Shipping/Receiving Clerk. This is a manual handling, labor-intensive job. You will perform tasks to ship customer orders via the required shipping company, receive items shipped from vendors, open, inspect, and confirm items received in the inventory system.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Scan packing slip, then verify information is accurate.
• Complete packaging, seal shipping box, and apply shipping label.
• Place shipping boxes in the shipping trailer.
• Travel between facilities for daily mail delivery.
• Unload delivery trucks; verify counts, inspect, and receive items into inventory system.
• Organize the location and placement of items stored in the warehouse.

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Be certified to operate a forklift.
• Be able to stand and/or walk 8+ hours a day.
• Be able to operate forklift and pallet jack for warehouse tasks.
• Have experience using a computer to complete basic functions, knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, and the willingness to learn other programs/platforms as required.
