Job summary

CMC is seeking a hands-on production teammate at our Texas facility to operate production equipment and maintain a safe, organized workspace. You will contribute to daily manufacturing operations and collaborate with a team to meet quality and efficiency goals.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and the ability to perform in varied weather conditions while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and company culture.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work in all weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows safety regulations.

What You'll Do

What You'll Need

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Able to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, with strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Minimum 1 year experience in either recycling and/or manufacturing environment preferred
• Previous experience operating forklift, skid steer, loader or similar equipment
• Prior knowledge of metal identification is a plus

Your Education

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
