Job description

Overview

This position is responsible for maintaining the records for the company and keeping all applicable files organized while keeping an easily accessible system to retrieve any files. Associates at the headquarters can call on the Records Retention Center to bring requested files to any particular department where it is needed. Other duties as assigned.

Compensation: $15/hr, 40 hours per week, M-F, Full Benefits.

Responsibilities
  1. Take requests from either voicemail or email and fulfill them within a reasonable time.
  2. Maintain file consistency in records organization.
  3. Check applicable departments for any files needed to be returned.
  4. Maintain both buildings to be clean & orderly as possible.
  5. Plan & schedule pickups for Sales & Account Receivables.
Qualifications
  1. Proficiency in Word Processing Software.
  2. Proficiency in Spreadsheet Software.
  3. Ability to read and comprehend documents (i.e. policy and procedure manuals); write routine reports and correspondence; speak/present in front of a small group.
  4. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions; deal with problems involving a few concrete variables and standardized situations.
