Job summary

ManpowerGroup is partnering with Logistics & Supply Chain to hire a Shipping/Receiving Clerk in Austin, TX. The role supports the Distribution team, requires safety focus, clear communication, and dependability.

Typical shift is Wednesday through Sunday, 4:00 am to 9:00 am on weekdays and 6:00 am to 10:00 am on weekends. Pay starts at $21 per hour with opportunities to grow and gain warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift 70–100 pounds.
• Composite toe shoes required.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Flexible schedule including some weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete all tasks accurately and completely to meet internal and external customer requirements.
• Sort freight and load trucks according to route sequence.
• Unload trailers, sort freight, and load delivery trucks according to route sequence.
• Ensure product is in the correct location and notify your supervisor of any obstacles.
• Stack product neatly and safely in the warehouse and on the delivery truck, following Standard Operating Procedures.

Our client, Logistics & Supply Chain is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join their team. As a Shipping/Receiving Clerk, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations department supporting the Distribution team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, clear communication, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Shipping/Receiving Clerk

Location: Austin, TX

Pay Range: $21

Shift: Wednesday - Sunday ( 4am-9am Wed- Fri 6am-10am Sat & Sun)

What's the Job?

• Complete all tasks accurately and completely to meet internal and external customer requirements.

• Sort freight and load trucks according to route sequence.

• Unload trailers, sort freight, and load delivery trucks according to route sequence.

What's Needed?

• Composite toe shoes required.

• Ability to lift, push, or pull equipment/merchandise weighing between 70 and 100 pounds.

• Ability to speak and understand the English language.

• Ability to work Monday–Friday (or Saturday varies by location), with some weekends and holidays required based on business needs; flexible schedules are available.

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
