Job summary

Bergstrom Subaru of Green Bay is hiring for an Automotive Parts Shipping and Receiving role. You will receive, inspect, and log incoming parts, maintain organized storage, and promptly prepare outgoing orders. The position supports inventory control and requires effective teamwork.

Schedule is Monday-Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, with pay starting at 17.00–20.00 hourly based on experience. Prior shipping/receiving or auto parts knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management.
• Automotive parts knowledge preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming parts shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Log and document inventory in the dealership’s system.
• Maintain organized storage of parts for quick retrieval.
• Prepare and ship outgoing parts orders promptly and per dealership standards.
• Assist with inventory management including stock checks and cycle counts.
• Communicate effectively with team to fulfill parts requests.
• Uphold dealership and manufacturer standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety.

What You’ll Do

• Receive and inspect incoming parts shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Accurately log and document inventory into the dealership’s system.
• Maintain organized storage of parts, ensuring quick and efficient retrieval.
• Prepare and ship outgoing parts orders promptly and in line with dealership standards.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and cycle counts.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management is a plus. Automotive parts knowledge is preferred but not required.

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems or willingness to learn.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Walk up and down stairs multiple times a day.
• Use a forkflit- will train.
• Use of A.I. for checking daily work
