Job Overview:
The Shipping-Receiving Clerk is a key member of the RectorSeal Distribution Center team, supporting both shipping and receiving operations. In shipping, the role focuses on accurately picking and preparing orders for shipment. In receiving, the Clerk is responsible for inspecting incoming inventory, offloading shipments, and putting away products into the correct storage locations. This position requires operating warehouse equipment and machinery safely and efficiently. This is an on-site, hourly position, with additional hours available during peak periods and year-end to support business needs.

The range for this hourly position is:$17.50 - $21.00/hr plus incentives. Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the CSWI Board of Directors.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to a warehouse environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to use hands and fingers to type or dial, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and reach with hands and arms.
The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. This position requires computer use. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
