The role involves receiving, labeling, and organizing shipments, selecting proper packaging, and using forklifts or pallet jacks to move goods. Applicants should have a high school diploma and proven warehouse experience, with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy packages regularly.
• Familiarity with operating warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing lists or purchase orders.
• Sort, label, and organize incoming products or materials.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by selecting appropriate packaging materials and ensuring items are adequately protected.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move, stack, and organize materials within the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely order fulfillment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and best practices while handling materials and operating equipment.

Responsibilities:

• As a Shipping/Receiving Associate, you will be responsible for the following:
• Receiving incoming shipments and verifying the accuracy of contents against packing lists or purchase orders.
• Efficiently and accurately sorting, labeling, and organizing incoming products or materials.
