Job summary

LION TotalCare, Inc. in Chicago, IL is seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate to handle receiving, cleaning, and shipping of firefighter PPE gear. You will log gear, create work orders, and ensure accurate tracking to support fast, accurate deliveries.

This role requires basic computer skills (Outlook, Teams) and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Hours are Monday–Friday 6:00 am–3:00 pm with overtime as needed; starting rate is $19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience using Outlook, Teams, and warehouse tracking systems.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Dependable, hardworking, and a strong communicator.

Responsibilities

• Log firefighter gear received into tracking system.
• Create job and production work orders for cleaned gear.
• Prepare garments for shipment – pack, bag, and label.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping in shipping & receiving area.
• Follow instructions with minimal supervision.
