Job summary

LION TotalCare, Inc. in Sanford, FL is seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our TotalCare team. You will handle receiving, cleaning, and shipping of firefighter PPE gear, ensuring accurate tracking and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include logging gear into the system, creating work orders, preparing garments for cleaning and shipping, and maintaining a clean shipping area. Some overtime may be required to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with computer systems including Outlook and Teams.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Experience in computerized warehouse, industrial laundry, or maintenance environments is a plus.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Positive customer-service demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Receive, log, and process firefighter gear into tracking system.
• Prepare garments for cleaning and shipping.
• Operate cleaning processes and record cleaning details.
• Prepare shipping documents and handle delivery arrangements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in shipping/receiving area.
