Job summary

LION TotalCare, a global provider of firefighter PPE cleaning and repair, seeks a dependable Driver / Shipping-Receiving Clerk in Sanford, FL. You will safely deliver gear, receive items, and assist with cleaning and shipping duties to support our total-care operations.

Join a team focused on safety and efficiency, with a starting rate of $19.00–$20.00 per hour. The role requires a clean driving record, 21+ years old, and the ability to lift 50 pounds as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Professional and pleasant disposition with positive customer service experience.
• Experience with Outlook, Teams, and warehouse tracking systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. NO CDL required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience in route driving is a plus.
• Physically fit and able to lift 50 pounds.
• Hearing and vision within normal ranges.
• Dependable, hardworking and an effective communicator.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Experience in computerized warehouse, industrial laundry, or product maintenance is a huge asset.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a delivery van or truck to pick up and deliver firefighter gear.
• Follow set, scheduled routes for daily pick-ups and deliveries.
• Ensure products are delivered in a timely manner.
• Load and organize gear from warehouse into the vehicle and unload as needed.
• Check in with warehouse on delivery progress.
• Report any accidents or vehicle issues to supervisors.
• Follow all road rules and safety requirements for loading/unloading.
• Log firefighter gear received into tracking system.
• Query database for customer instructions and create work orders.
• Prepare garments for shipping and maintain cleanliness in shipping area.
