International Wire Group, a Pantheon Electric company, invites applications for a Shipping and Receiving Associate at the Jordan, New York plant. You will support material movement, prepare incoming and outgoing shipments, inspect materials, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and maintain shipping records to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing preferred.
• Forklift and pallet jack operation experience; certification preferred.
• Ability to inspect materials, maintain records, and meet shipping deadlines.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills; safety‑conscious and detail‑oriented.

Responsabilités

• Prepare materials and finished products for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Receive, inspect, verify, and process incoming materials.
• Visually inspect wire to meet quality requirements.
• Verify shipment contents and maintain records; coordinate transportation.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material‑handling equipment.
• Enter shipping, receiving, inventory, and product information into company systems.
• Follow all safety, quality, and operating procedures; keep area organized and clean.
