Job summary

Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG, located in Wooster, OH, is hiring a Shipping / Receiving Associate III for the 2nd shift. You will handle loading/unloading tasks, maintain documentation, and prepare products for deliveries while keeping the warehouse organized and efficient.

Efficient operation in IT systems for tracking, plus adherence to safety rules and PPE usage, are key. Preferred candidates have SAP experience and a background in logistics or manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
• Ability to regularly lift heavy objects.
• Ability to operate transportation machinery.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities

Execute loading and unloading of goods and manage the respective documentation

Prepare deliveries of products and tours for drivers

Store packages and prepacked products in the warehouse

Deconsolidate, re-pack, store, retrieve and execute internal transports

Pick, pack and label different goods e.g. raw material, components, semi-finished-products, finished products, trading goods etc.

Track and overview products and transports in the IT system

Follow all safety and production rules and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

Your Qualifications

Required:

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English

Basic computer knowledge and MS office skills

Ability to regularly lift heavy objects if required

Ability to operate transportation machinery

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship

Preferred:

Multiple years of experience in logistics, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Experience working with IT & SAP systems

2nd and 3rd shift premium available
