Job summary

Workwear Outfitters, based in Nashville, Tennessee, seeks a warehouse associate to support shipping and receiving in the Hi-Bay area. The role requires the ability to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs, load/unload trailers, and stage orders for carriers.

You will work in a non-climate-controlled environment that can be cold in winter and hot in summer, with emphasis on safety, communication, and reliability. 1st shift hours are 6:00 am–2:30 pm, Monday–Friday, with possible overtime and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of both shipping and receiving processes in the Hi-Bay area.
• Able to repetitiously lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.
• Load and unload trailers, stage orders in trailers and on pallets based on carriers.
• Demonstrate quality communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to work in a non-climate-controlled environment that can be cold in winter and hot in summer.
• Be energetic and follow all safety rules and guidelines.
• Primary responsibilities will be shrink-wrapping palletized product using the shrink-wrap machine, plus loading trailers on the shipping dock as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment that reflects pride in Workwear Outfitters.
