Workwear Outfitters, LLC seeks a Load/Unload Associate for the 1st shift in Whites Creek, TN. The role supports shipping and receiving, safely handling pallets and trailers in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, shrink-wrapping, staging orders, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace while communicating clearly with the team. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

• Must demonstrate close attention to detail and quality.
• Must be flexible and able to work well with others.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work overtime.
• Must have reliable attendance and good work ethic.

Responsabilités

• Assist with all phases of shipping and receiving in Hi-Bay area.
• Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Load and unload trailers and stage orders on pallets.
• Shrink-wrap palletized product and load trailers as needed.
• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Communicate effectively and stay organized.
