Job summary

Workwear Outfitters, based in Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking a hands-on associate to manage workflow with multiple departments and maintain a clean, safe work area. The role requires physical strength and reliable attendance to support production and distribution operations.

Key functions include reading shipping codes, coordinating with teams, and fulfilling responsibilities during the 1st shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM), with overtime and possible Saturday work as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds constantly.
• Able to stand up for 8 hours and work OT when necessary.
• Good attention to detail.
• Must be able to read and understand option codes on Ready Service Worksheets and shipping labels.
• Able to work as part of a team and possess strong communication skills.
• Write, read, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and separate workflow coming to/from different departments
• Good attendance is a must
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment that shows pride in Workwear and is worthy of sharing with visitors at all times.
